- Online Therapy Details: We offer video sessions on a secure encrypted platform called Jane. We will send you a link to create a username and password, which will give you access to the video session.
Our psychotherapists are trained in different modalities, including CBT, art therapy, Gestalt, trauma-informed therapy among many other approaches. Our psychotherapist are trained in providing art therapy and child therapy services to children and adolescents but also providing therapy to adults, and seniors. Our psychotherapists are located in Downtown Toronto, in Yonge and Bloor as well as in the East of Toronto in Greek town.
Children and adolescents with anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, social inhibition issues, interpersonal difficulties, chronic illnesses such as cancer, and history of trauma and/or abuse can benefit from our art therapy and therapy services.
Adults with anxiety issues, depression, anger issues and aggressive behavior, and divorce reactions can also benefit from our services.
Our art therapy services for seniors with Alzheimer's, dementia, depression, parkinson's disease, psycho-social isolation, physical and cognitive impairments increase the well-being of the elderly population, which is needed and necessary in their age.
