Theoretically, I'm grounded in person-centered therapy, family systems/ecological therapy, mindfulness and compassion-focused therapy. I use elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT and Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security and many others. I offer both a short and longer term therapy based on each person's unique needs.
