I am a LPC with a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling who is dedicated to helping any individual in need obtain the counseling services they need to heal. My special interest is eating disorders. I have completed plentiful research in this field and I am prepared to help individuals combat their ED. I utilize methods from CBT/DBT, schema-focused therapy, and even existentialism to help clients overcome their disorder and cope with symptoms in order to improve their lives and maintain recovery. I am also prepared to help clients work through their trauma and have experience working with trauma-related cases, as well as borderline personality traits, including fear of abandonment, interpersonal relationship issues, self-harm, and suicidal ideations.
