You wake up in the morning,, stretch, and turn off the alarm. Your wonderful partner leans over to give you a kiss good morning.
You sip a delicious cup of coffee and then enjoy the warm water and soft soap suds of your shower. You're looking forward to working on a new project for your boss, who just gave you a promotion. You know you can count on your team to do their best for you.
You're focused on each task during the day, accomplish much of what you planned, and worked in tandem with not only your team, but another manager's team. There were some unexpected problems that arose during the day, but you knew how to handle them gracefully, without getting angry or upset.
On the drive home you notice the beautiful sunset. The clouds are colored in wonderful ways - isn't nature amazing?
When you get home, your child is upset over something that happened at school. You talk it over with her, help her decide on a course of action, and soothe her tears. She knows she can come to you for help with anything.
While eating your dinner, you observe all the flavors, textures, and aromas. Delicious! You are able to eat enough to be satisfied, but not overeat.
Your partner and children discuss plans for the weekend. Not everyone can agree on what to do, but compromises are made. Everyone leaves the table feeling like they've been heard.
Before going to bed, you work on plans you have to redecorate the living room. You have a schedule, a task list, and everything is on your calendar. It's all under control.
You go to bed happy and satisfied, looking forward to whatever adventures tomorrow will bring.
