Welcome. For many, taking the first step to initiate therapy is one that can be overwhelming and fraught with anxiety. My aim is to make my clients feel safe, seen, and supported. We will do this by developing a relationship between the two of us that allows you to feel first understood, and with time, challenged, as I work to better understand your patterns and explore what might be holding you back. My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and curious.

I draw influence from a range of clinical approaches, including modern day psychodynamic theory, feminist theory, and interpersonal theory. In my couples work, I emphasize an understanding of attachment styles, and how these patterns may influence your conflict and communication with your partner. Additionally, I integrate EFT and the Gottman Method into couples therapy work.
