I'm a marriage and family therapist specializing in trauma therapy and helping people work through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and grief. I'm licensed in Utah and California, and provide support for individuals who experience emotional suffering due to traumatic, past events. The goal in trauma treatment is to help individuals move through fear, panic and worry, seeing danger around every corner, and learn to reset the nervous system, in order to feel safe, empowered, and valued. Additionally, I provide couples counseling to increase communication, feelings of safety, and increased intimacy.

The goal is to increase self-esteem, a sense of well being, and personal choice in creating the life you want to lead.
