(Offers Online Therapy)
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist practicing TEAM-CBT at Feeling Good Psychotherapy. I believe that clients should walk away from session with tools that they can use in everyday life. With over 50 different methods in TEAM-CBT, I believe that clients can find realistic strategies if they are committed to therapy and challenging themselves. I have collaborated with clients seeking to address problems in their relationships and how they interact with others.. Anxiety and Depression are some of the conditions that I treat, as well as navigating the complexities of race, gender, and sexuality with my clients. Previously, I have supported LGBTQ, Black, Hispanic, and Asian families throughout Queens and Manhattan in finding acceptance, closure, and improved familial relationships with one another. I received my Master of Arts and Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, a social justice-focused program, in 2017. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Women's Studies, with courses in Sociology, African American Studies, and Queer Studies, from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015.
