Dr. Jeremy Frank

Psychologist, Ph.D., C.A.D.C.
'Teletherapy’ is simply therapy that’s provided through live video streaming over the internet, allowing clients to practice and sustain good mental health while doing their part to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). At Jeremy Frank & Associates, we use secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing services such as Zoom, doxy.me, and others so you can easily connect with a therapist from wherever. In some cases, we can use video streaming apps like Skype, FaceTime, and Google Hangouts if you’re more comfortable with those or any other platform. Learn about teletherapy below to see if it’s right for you! For more information, please call 215-356-8061 or contact us online. Teletherapy During Coronavirus Teletherapy is a type of online counseling where you connect with a therapist who is right for you no matter where you’re located via remote video conferencing. You receive the same treatment as you would in person, but it’s through a computer, smartphone, or tablet instead. Benefits of teletherapy include: Safety: Illness won’t spread between clients and therapists which protects everyone. Access: It’s easier for clients who live in remote areas or have limited mobility or access to transportation. Reduced cost: It eliminates the costs associated with travel time and gas. Flexibility: Clients have access to more therapists and can select a therapist who can work with their schedules. Consistency: It can be scheduled more frequently because clients don’t have to commute or miss sessions due to poor weather conditions or sickness. Comfort: It offers more privacy than going to a therapist’s office which helps eliminate the social stigma of receiving treatment. What to Expect in a Session Teletherapy sessions are scheduled just like regular therapy or counseling appointments. A therapist from Jeremy Frank & Associates will help you get set up and connected via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. Your session will be much the same as if it was being conducted in-person. Please call 215-356-8061 or contact us online to schedule a teletherapy session.

Ginamarie Moure

Counselor/Therapist, Counselor
If you are looking for a new therapy experience that accepts who you are without judgment, I would be honored to work with you. I understand it is impossible to force people into boxes and label their life with stereotypical behaviors. We are all unique with our own combination of thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I strive to be a good listener and let you be in charge of our time together–you are the expert on your life. I will be your guide to help you uncover the driving forces in your life and explore whatever has caused or is causing you trauma. As someone who has always felt everything very deeply and has spent a life being labeled as overly sensitive, I have learned to take advantage of these perceived weaknesses and turn them into my greatest strengths. I hope to help you do the same. Perhaps what people have always told you was a problem can evolve into a superpower. Together we will uncover the profound truths that lie within you by accepting you, finding your inner strength, and welcoming you as the unique individual you are.

Samantha Wascow

Counselor/Therapist, LCSW
What we tell ourselves is powerful. Our thoughts have an amazing influence over how we view ourselves and relate to the world around us. I often tell my clients that being aware of the connection between what we think, what we feel, and how we act is the " secret to life." This is often the first step in helping us make the changes that we want and/or need to make. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I am excited to offer groups, individual, and family sessions rooted in this model of therapy.
