I am a seasoned therapist with over 20 years experience. I provide a safe and warm place for adults of all backgrounds to receive professional therapy for a variety of Issues. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relational issues, past trauma, and grief and loss.

I provide services and strategies for anxiety, panic disorder, and trauma. I have a great deal of experience in mindfulness and yoga practices to aide in these symptom alleviation; and I have been trained in Adlerian styles as well as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I grew up in the country, in a very small town, and spent a lot of time outdoors. So, I know the value of outdoor play, vitamin N for nature, connection to one another, and building positive, long-lasting relationships. I have also traveled to several countries and almost all 50 states to experience life through the eyes of others.  

I have been working with eating disorders clients, and their families, for over 25 years. I worked in both Inpatient units, partial hospitals and in private practice. Treating a client with their partner, and or their family is my strength. Understanding eating disorders irrational rules is a challenge.
