I am a psychodynamic music therapist and Specialist Wellness Counsellor, dedicated to helping clients access unconscious material through both verbal and non-verbal arts-based processes. This holistic and integrative approach allows us to uncover deep-seated patterns of thinking and behavior, bringing their origins into awareness to support meaningful transformation. In a world where many feel disconnected from themselves, our sessions aim to bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit, fostering a sense of integration and wholeness. Creating a safe, authentic, and containing space is central to my practice. I am particularly committed to supporting women who have experienced trauma, especially gender-based violence. Through a trauma-informed lens, I guide them in their healing journey, drawing on a range of therapeutic tools and techniques.
