Forgiveness can feel so challenging sometimes, mostly, but not always entirely, for three reasons...
1. Because we feel that if we forgive, then somehow we are saying that it's "Okay" that someone wronged us. Hint: It's not okay that someone wronged you. That said, it's also NOT okay that you continue to suffer because of what someone else did. It's time to feel safe to let go and move on.
2. We feel that if we forgive, then we are "setting ourselves up for the same things to happen". Hint: It is very possible to take actions to prevent ourselves from being hurt in the same ways we were in the past, while also freeing ourselves, by forgiving and letting go (NOT forgetting. Forgiving. There is a difference), so that we can be happy again. **And if you're saying "I've never been happy"... Then it's time to learn how to feel happy, and I can help there too! :-)
3. You haven't - Yet - learned how to Truly Love Yourself. I would be thrilled to help you experience what True Self Love feels like.

Many people carry resentment and when we have unresolved emotions that can hurt us both physically and mentally. Because the subconscious mind is the seat of our emotions when we do hypnotherapy for forgiveness it can be very profound and healing.

Forgiveness is often confused with trust. Forgiveness involves giving up expectations, acceptance of the situation, and compassion for self and others.
