Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
I work with teens ages 12+ and young adults virtually! If your teen is struggling with school anxiety, stress, or avoidance, self harm or emotional dysregulation, or depression or effects of trauma I am here to support! Through a blend of trauma-informed & somatic approaches I will help your teen learn how to cope with and manage feelings and develop confidence in themselves. I will always prioritize creating a safe and trusting relationship first, because I do believe the therapeutic relationship matters most. As a parent, it can be difficult when you know your teen is struggling all while you are also trying to keep up with life stressors and work, so I am happy to provide parent coaching every 4-6 weeks or sooner depending on need, to make sure you are being updated and know how to best support your teen. If the teen client is open to it, I will also happily provide family sessions to talk together as a team.
