We discuss strategies for navigating a world that may not always prioritize or understand these needs, addressing issues related to avoiding or recovering from autistic burnout, managing isolation, anxiety, etc. and regulating the nervous system.
My focus is on empowering clients to identify and express their needs, promoting self-advocacy and resilience. Together, we work on developing practical strategies for avoiding burnout, fostering safe and important social connections, and navigating overwhelming/difficult environments with more confidence and success.
The goal is to celebrate neurodiversity while enhancing my client's overall well-being living with autism.
