When I learned about art therapy, I instantly knew that I wanted to make it my life's work. Its important for you to know, though, that you don't have to be an artist to benefit from art therapy. I design each session about the client I am working with. Art therapy is not a one-size-fits all type of therapy so every session is uniquely designed to fit your healing journey.
