Additionally, I provide education about emotional abuse dynamics and help patients identify and challenge any distorted beliefs or negative patterns that may have resulted from the abuse. My goal is to empower patients to heal from the effects of emotional abuse, regain their sense of agency and self-worth, and move forward in their lives with resilience and strength.
