Through therapy, we work together to understand the underlying causes of their dissociation, which may include trauma, stress, or other psychological factors. I provide education about dissociation and its effects, helping patients develop coping strategies to manage dissociative episodes and increase awareness of their triggers. Additionally, I work with patients to strengthen their sense of self, enhance grounding techniques, and promote the integration of dissociative parts. My goal is to empower patients to regain a sense of control over their lives, improve their overall well-being, and foster greater connection and coherence in their identity and experiences.
