The Clinical Counseling Pediatrics Model Site location was born right in my own local community and operated for 2+ years at the model site, after almost a decade of explaining the model, training others about the model, implementing the model, creating content regarding the model, and contributing to the existing body of literature, helping to supervise the research, presenting about the research, and reviewing it, all in an effort to help serve to represent "the model" of pediatric behavioral health care as well as to increase awareness, access to information and resources, while simultaneously disseminating information about its efficacy and need. Efforts to educate and train other health care professionals, including primary care physicians, specialists, and Pediatricians, community members, police, judges, attorneys, special interest groups, the public, as well as parents/ families, and managed health care/ health insurance panels were also made in an attempt to include this model as a part of Pediatric Behavioral Health Care. Shedding more light on important areas of healthy development, including mental-behavioral care and prevention of so many issues that could easily be avoided can prevent suffering and ensure healthy and happier environments as well as relationships for all families.
