Most of my work is with people who have difficulty in relationships, either feeling too emotionally isolated or too merged. My strength lies in helping people find a place where they can be in intimate relationships and not lose themselves. Loving is difficult - and feeling loved, is even harder.

Dr. Florence Rosiello Practice Description

My preferred method of practicing depends on the client I'm with and what they respond to, best. Many people can only attend therapy once a week, while others want more frequent help. The therapeutic approach I use is the Relational Approach which is focused on relationships and on creating healthy dynamics between individuals. My practice is made up of all kinds and types of people, both professional and creative, and just regular folks. I also work with couples, both heterosexual and gay. My book on 'intimacy' discusses much of my work and the individuals who I work wit. Many of my clients are in recovery from substance abuses.
