I use a combination of insight-oriented therapy and behavioral interventions to help you get you to the other side of your depression. It's very important to get help as soon as you can because, left untreated, depression tends to get worse over time. You do not have to suffer - depression is very common but it's also very treatable.

This message often makes you feel horrible, worthless, stuck and like there’s no point. CBT allows you to take back control of those distortions in order to help you change your mindset to reduce or get rid of that anxiety.
