The trick is to find a new way, an enjoyable way, a way that rejuvenates, reinvigorates, and brings zest to life.
Finding that new way may feel a little strange or difficult at first, but that’s part of the fun; trying on new patterns of thinking and behaving to see what fits and what we like best. Working in a safe and relaxed environment can help in this process, because it helps us to feel comfortable and assured.
