With over 40 years of experience and training as a professional licensed counsellor and in various couples therapy modalities, I have helped thousands of individuals and couples navigate the complexities of troubled relationships. I am the founder of the Million Dollar Marriage Program and The Marriage Whisperer, a 7-day intensive couples program designed to reignite the spark in your marriage.
I firmly believe that healing relationships can have a ripple effect, not only on couples but also on their children and entire families, ultimately making the world a better place. My own journey towards happiness and fulfillment wasn't always smooth, but today, I cherish a wonderful life filled with loving children and grandchildren.

Together with my partner, Christine, I am committed to being the best husband, father, grandfather, therapist, and coach I can be. As a registered psychosexual therapist, I specialise in helping individuals with trauma and PTSD, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and sexual difficulties, including intimacy and trust. I am also passionate about providing support for navigating gendered, sexual, racial, and neuro diversity, and cultural identities, who may experience discrimination or internalised stigma.
Centering unconditional positive regard, I work closely with the client to deeply explore how their past experiences, current situations, family background, and social elements of their lives have impacted their wellbeing. I then work together with the client to explore how they navigate life within their social and environmental surroundings, as well as how to establish an environment and support system that is conducive to growth and healthy self-esteem.
As a therapist, I deeply value sex positivity, social justice and removing the stigma and social constraints surrounding mental health work. I also aim to move away from binary and the pathologisation of queerness and neurodiversity, and provide dedicated support for people who feel they fall outside of the margins of the dominant societal group.
Peer support towards queerness and neurodiversity is an important therapeutic element that I provide - living actively in the queer community and with neurodiversity myself, I am able to genuinely connect with others who may identify with similar experiences.

I am a Clinical Counsellor & Psychotherapist and I have extensive experience in a working in a variety of settings. This includes working with children & teens in both the primary and secondary school sector. Furthermore, I have worked in corporate & community sectors with individuals presenting with diverse clinical presentations as well as in family violence and as a on site critical incident trauma clinician. I also specialise in trauma, relationships and behaviour change and I have a variety of tools and modalities that I use in my practice to suit your individual needs.
My passion however lies in working with trauma, couples and with individuals in relationships.
I am curious, nurturing and pride myself on being client centered and non-judgmental, which enables me to engage and build a safe place for you to be able to express yourself authentically.
