I try to incorporate a humanistic, holistic approach in terms of mental health to increase one’s consciousness, based on a model of normative health rather than pathology. There is no ONE way to finding a solution, just a willingness to try.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance during a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
The focus of my practice population is couples & relationship concerns, abuse survivors, and teens.
My approach is heartfelt, direct, genuine, and above all down-to-earth. While theory is important, my first concern is remaining genuine and authentic with each of my clients.

For better or worse our early relationships strongly impact our emotional experiences as adults If you're dissatisfied in your life, you probably have tried to find solutions on your own. Or you tried therapy and it only helped you temporarily, but never got to the heart of the problem.
I consider my approach to be practical and solution based. I don't do 'smile and nod' therapy, rather, it is my goal to give you ideas and tools to use for change. I have been doing this work for 25 years, helping individuals, families and couples. Please go to my website for more information.
