We know that you may have "Zoom Fatigue" because work, education, and socialization moved that direction during the pandemic. Our creative therapists bring energy and engagement, adding in physical movement as needed to enliven sessions. We brainstorm with you for creative ways to use household items and art materials you may have on hand to spark interaction and get the process moving. Fortunately, the very nature of art therapy involves time spent "making things" and then communicating about them. This means that you can do powerful therapy through the magic of video sessions with us. In-person or virtually, we can connect with anyone and form productive relationships and therapy processes!
