Christian therapists in Sterling, Illinois IL
Cynthia Leslie
Pastoral Counselor/Therapist, MA, CPRS
I offer Christian Counseling to those who desire to include faith into their therapy. I speak the language of people who consider their faith to be an important part of their identity. I also have a heart to help people who are hurting, in need of transformation, and healing. It is rewarding to help people become the best version of themselves.

Anna DiNoto
Psychologist, PsyD, LMHC, PSYPACT - Licensed Psychologist
While many view mental health assessment and treatment as a way to identify a diagnosis someone else (i.e., a psychologist) assigns, we view it as an engaging and empowering process. A diagnosis may be met, and if this is true our hope is you will have words to understand who you are, how your brain (and body) sees and interacts with the world, and what you could potentially do about it based on honoring your input.

Dr. Jake Johnson
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT
My name is Jake Johnson and I am the founder of Bristlecone Therapy. I've been practicing marriage and family therapy (MFT) for over 15 years. I also work as a professor of MFT at Wheaton College, where I have taught for over a decade. In more recent years I've become a certified life coach, and I am currently the president-elect of the International Family Therapy Association.
On a personal note, I've been married for 15 years. I have four boys, ages 13 to 6. I love to travel, hike in the mountains and read fiction. I have done a whole bunch of my own therapy, spiritual direction, and personal and group retreats (as I deeply believe that if I am not healthy, then I certainly can't help my clients to be).

Therapist, Dr.
While a person can feel better after a good talk with a friend or relative, for moderate or severe emotional distress, this relief is only temporary. Talking with a trained listener helps alleviate emotional distress for good. The clinicians in our practice are trained and ready to help you.
