With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and dual board certification as a Family Nurse (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP-BC) Practitioner, I bring 15 years of holistic healthcare experience to the table.
My calling, guided by the Holy Spirit, led me to found PJO Health Services, LLC, where we prioritize comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care. Our integrated approach covers wellness assessments, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and psychotherapeutic support, ensuring we address the root causes of mental health challenges.
As a mother with a special needs child, I understand the importance of empathy and practical care. I've faced life's challenges head-on, from job loss to personal struggles, and emerged as an ordained Reverend Minister and Family Nurse Practitioner.
I've recently achieved my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, channeling my knowledge into establishing the Rev. Juliette Osborne Outreach Foundation (RJOOF). This non-profit foundation aims to support those navigating their God-driven purpose, offering a helping hand through life's challenges.

I see therapy as a casual conversation with a purpose. That purpose is my supporting another through the different ways I can find the way to listen to someone’s narrative. When exploring with another person about their narrative, the therapy is not gained and learned in a straight line but a meandering one.
Therapy should not be alone about symptoms and diagnoses. Therapy and the process involves someone being supported about all problems no matter the shape, size, or the intensity of such problems.
People have an image or an idea of what therapy is, but therapy is about anything and everything. Therapy is about opportunities and possibilities. It’s not only about problems symptoms or trauma. Therapy is a tool used to connect a person to be able to share themselves their story their narrative. Therapy is what someone wants it to be.
