I help each client articulate their thoughts and feelings in order to get a better understanding of what is causing their depression/anxiety/stress/unhappiness. I approach therapy from an integrative perspective, taking interest in the clients cultural background and experiences and tailoring a therapeutic modality that is the best fit for them.
