I am here to provide support and guidance for difficulties such as strain in relationships, anxiety, self-criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, lack of intimacy and connection, difficulties related to parenting or family dynamics, or if you would like to develop emotional insight and emotion regulation skills. I may also be a good fit if you would like to strengthen relationships, work to live your life more aligned with your values and goals, heal past relational pains, develop assertive communication skills, work effectively towards your goals, manage stress or burnout, explore how to increase self-compassion, or develop emotionally informed parenting skills.
