Many other issues can also interfere with what is meant to be the most fulfilling relationship we've ever had. General marriage counseling is certainly available. Both parties need to feel fully heard and understood. My focus is not to get into big fights but to be solution-focused, looking for what is good in the marriage and rekindling the old sparks that started the relationship.
