It would be an honor to support you in learning and creating practices that help you actively and holistically heal your heart, heal your connection to your body, soothe your mind, and bring inner spiritual peace and joy.
I am a trauma-informed therapist at AUM Integral Wellness, where I utilize both eastern and western practices to assist in your healing process including ACT, DBT, CBT, Somatic therapies (like yoga, breathwork, and meditation). I earned my Masters of Social Work from Colorado State University and am working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker under the supervision of Ashley Ray, LCSW-S. I am also a certified yoga instructor and have advanced training in trauma recovery.
