This inspired me to integrate nature walks into my counseling and art therapy practice.
At my practice, I work with individuals who are experiencing a wide range of emotional challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. By combining traditional talk therapy with the restorative power of nature walks, I help clients to reduce stress, gain self-awareness, and develop new coping skills.
As an LPC and art therapist, I provide a supportive and confidential space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions. Through the use of various art materials and techniques, clients can explore and express themselves in a creative and non-verbal way. Nature walks are also incorporated into therapy sessions, allowing clients to connect with nature and experience its restorative benefits.
