My name is Lisette, and I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2011 with a Masters in Social work, with a clinical specialty. Prior to that I was working as a counselor in a residential dual diagnosis and substance abuse setting. Originally from England, I now practice out of Houston and see Texas based clients virtually, and in my Houston office.
I offer you a very discreet, compassionate, humanist forward approach with ACT/CBT/IFS/Brainspotting training. Also certified in Complex Trauma (CCTP-II) and CBGT for insomnia.
