After successful EMDR therapy, emotional distress is relieved, negative beliefs and limitations are reformulated into positive beliefs and strengths, and physiological arousal is reduced. EMDR therapy is offered online with eye movement, audio or physical bilateral stimulation based upon the client's preference.
