With a deep commitment to supporting individuals at their most vulnerable, I specialize in suicide prevention counselling.
In my practice, I create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Using a trauma-informed and empowerment-focused approach, I work collaboratively with folks to develop strategies that foster resilience, hope, and a sense of purpose.
Tacit's main area of expertise is with clients who are wanting to address their Anxiety/Depression issues (and Suicide Ideation and Suicidal Thoughts are included in these issues) - our team often teaches classes focusing on ways to manage anxiety/depression effectively, and provides supports to family members who want to better understand how to help their loves ones who are struggling with these issues.
Suicidal thought (SI) is a broad term relating to people wishing, wanting to end their life. Life events, trauma, heavy emoitons can be too painful leading to solutions to fix this.
Suicidal thoughts can be very distressing and unsettling, especially during times of hardship and stress. I offer my clients a confidential and welcoming environment where they feel at ease when sharing their thoughts and feelings. Together as a team, we will work to identify your thought patterns and underlying issues, and from there we'll develop healthy coping skills to restore a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle.
