A friend of mine once said that not forgiving is like holding hot coals in your hands, threatening to throw them at someone, when all you get is burned hands -- better to drop the coals, through forgiveness, than keep getting burned. Forgiveness is for you, not the other person. It relieves you of the burden of carrying anger and resentment toward another, or even yourself. Healing is for yourself when you forgive another person. Their response to you forgiving them can be a bonus, but it isn't necessary, as proven by the fact that we can forgive people that are no longer alive.

Forgiveness can be so difficult, but it can also provide so much peace when you are ready.

You write 7 letters to your conflict partner (even if he has already died) Each letter has a different topic.
In no case are the letters intended for the addressee or the writing of this letter to be mentioned!
On the day you come to our session, read the letters to me. Even twice! I do my energetic work. Then you burn the seven letters ritually, e.g. outside in the park and let the ashes flow away from the stream to the river ...
You should NOT have any copies, and if you do you should definitely burn this one.
I will explain everything and send you the sample.
With this method you will soon lose your anger, your sadness and can breathe again!

All the major spiritual traditions as well as scientific studies site forgiveness as a main key to a happy and fulfilling life. Holding onto grudges, anger, guilt, shame, etc towards others but also towards ourselves can be like dragging around a heavy anchor that constantly weighs us down and keeps us from having a more open loving heart and enjoying life. For highly sensitive people, this lack of forgiveness can often have an even more dramatic effect and in some cases can even lead to health issues as well. Together we will work through a process of forgiveness that will bring you much more freedom using a unique multi-modal approach.
