Through this you will discover your hidden potentials, you will (re)find yourself and can "let go". We work together and best of all with your partner, your family members, on the - perhaps hidden - basic problem.
For example, fear is not the inability to deal with difficult situations, not cowardice, but rather the ability to avoid situations that are perceived as threatening. Fear also means being able to recognize dangers early on.
Fear of loneliness is not an inability to get along with oneself, but a strong need for a harmonious relationship with other people.
