How do you deal with stress?
We feel stress whenever we have the feeling of losing control. When we think we cannot cope with the amount of work, when something unforeseeable thwarts our plans or when the demands placed on us are too high etc. - then stress always arises.
Created by fear of possible catastrophes, of failure or of not being able to do something, stress drives our adrenaline levels up. This costs the body an enormous amount of energy and in the long run can even make us seriously ill.
A study by Harvard University has now found that employees with personnel responsibility are on average less stressed. The control you gain through more responsibility apparently outweighs the stress. This means that the more we relinquish control and feel out of control, the more we feel stressed.

Finding Balance in Times of Stress -
Stress is often a reaction of the mind when life feels overwhelming. It can leave you feeling scattered, tense, and disconnected from yourself. When you are grounded and energetically balanced, however, you can meet life’s challenges with more clarity, calm, and inner strength.
At Space & Grace, I use my highly developed skills as a medium and energy healer to help you release energetic blocks, soothe your nervous system, and restore balance on a deeper level. Through this work, you can:
- Feel more calm and centered
- Regain emotional clarity and focus
- Reconnect with your natural strength and resilience
When your energy is aligned and your system is grounded, life’s pressures become easier to navigate. My role is to support you gently and compassionately — helping you return to a place of inner peace and balance.

Stress is one of, if not the main, reasons for disease of body and mind. It can be addressed in online sessions, and also very effectively in-person with the body energy work of Tibetan Pulsing. First one needs to sort out and clearly see and acknowledge one's stress patterns and drivers. This is a great place for an (online) Iridology session - the eye-reading of Tibetan Pulsing. When possible, it can be followed by the Tibetan Pulsing body energy work, which is very effective for balancing stress patterns. Regulating stress is possible! The price it's asking is loss of control. Are you ready?!
