Working on self esteem through understanding contributing factors throughout our development can revolutionise our sense of self, allowing barriers to achievement to be minimised and helping to create a purposeful and rewarding internal world that matches what may be acted out externally, leading to authentic self-esteem that contributes to happiness and satisfaction.
Low self-esteem can be caused by many things. Regardless of why you may experience low self-esteem, I am here to help you feel more confident and connected. Psychodynamic psychotherapy, particularly the Conversational Model, can be especially helpful in improving self-esteem.
