For the past 3 years I have worked with clients presenting with a variety of personality disorders, life challenges/transitions, as well as relationship dynamics. Through a reparative therapeutic alliance we can work to understand the challenges you may be facing in your life. By exploring your past , we can connect what patterns and beliefs that may be hindering you today in order to improve your relationships with others and yourself. I am also under the supervision of a Feminist Supervisor and am expanding my modalities to include feminist therapy which really works to help understand the oppressive structures of patriarchy on both men and women and how they play out in our lives but with a particular focus on women's social justice and women's issues.
