I am an optimistic and accepting therapist, enthusiastic about working with clients in collaborative ways, seeking to uncover and understand, and finding new ways of changing your life and living with fulfilling and rewarding relationships, families and friends. Over the years I have come to appreciate the therapeutic relationship as deeply healing, a safe space for clients to reflect and explore.

Treatment Approach

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) A trauma-focused therapy that uses eye movements and imagery to help the brain reframe distressing memories. It often leads to quicker relief from symptoms compared to traditional talk therapy.
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Adlerian Therapy Focuses on understanding a person’s sense of belonging and purpose. It helps people overcome feelings of inferiority and create healthier relationships.

Approach Description: I prefer to work in multi-modal ways, seeking to respond to what you bring and what you need, what you are receptive to and works best for you. We assess the avenues that give us entry to understand your challenges, and we use a variety of approaches. I am trained in psychodynamic, self-psychology, object-relations and intersubjective approaches but also find psycho-education and cognitive and behavioural aspects very useful.

  • Average Session Fee 90.- to 110.- Euro (75.- Pound Sterling) depending on income of client/patient, I want to be accommodating.
  • Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
  • Yes. The sliding scale enables you to place yourself on the range and you will be able to advise what your financial situation enables you to pay. I don't want finances to create barriers to accessing therapy.
