I help people change how they experience their reality. I do this by working to help my clients identify and change unhealthy beliefs and patterns of thought and behavior that either contribute to or directly cause their emotional distress. By changing patterns in how you think, how you experience, evaluate, and relate to yourself and other people often changes as well. You become happier, learn to roll with the punches of life more, and become less anxious, sad, or angry about the inevitable challenges of life. You learn to see your own value and trust your own judgment more and care about what other people think less.
I have completed advanced training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York and I am a passionate advocate and expert in using tools from REBT to help people make lasting changes in how they see the world and themselves. I integrate REBT into an eclectic and conversational style that is personable and empathetic.
I invite you to reach out if you are ready to change and if you are open to learning to think and see yourself in a new way. Therapy with me is both challenging and thought-provoking, engaging and even fun. You’ll learn about yourself and learn to take back control of your own mind. Send me an email when you’re ready to schedule a consultation.
