We can sometimes feel overwhelmed by grief, by the loss of a loved one, relationship breakdown, loss of a beloved pet, ours or others' poor health, jobs and careers or financial security amongst other things. This can present as anger and shock, guilt, disbelief and deep sadness. These emotions can affect our physical health such as poor sleep, lack of appitite and our mental health such as depression.
