Many of my clients became very isolated during the COVID-19 pandemic. They had difficulty getting back to social activities after lockdowns. Before the pandemic, many of them had problems with depression and social anxiety. Some of them also experienced new fears and anxieties due to the pandemic and the challenges they faced as a family.
I offer DBT, which is a type of psychological treatment for people with social anxiety and depression.
Feeling socially included and in-touch with the world is one of the most important groundings for wellbeing.
