Sexual addiction can be a deeply distressing and isolating experience, but you don't have to face it alone. With a non-judgmental and understanding approach, I offer evidence-based therapy to help you understand the underlying factors contributing to your addiction, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and reclaim control over your life.
We are here to help you feel a sense of ownership and empowerment over your sexual behaviors and actions. Just like any addiction, it is important that you feel a sense of control and autonomy over your relationship with yourself and your sexual health.
I have found that people who are addicted to sex need to understand the function the addiction is playing in their life. With this knowledge, the individual can better address their problems and desires. I also teach people skills for unconditionally accepting themselves as shame and self-downing will not help them overcome their issues in this sphere of life. Finally, I teach people how to cope with sexual urges that will get them into trouble and how to live meaningful lives.
