Average Session Fee My fee is $240 per 53-minute session. I encourage patients to schedule every other week in order that you are able to practice the skills I will teach you. This is not vent, vent, vent therapy.
Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
A sliding scale is available for patients who are able to schedule on Saturday.

I will show you how to control your emotions & counterproductive behavior. I teach new ways of thinking to take control of what is well within your control. I will send you emails between sessions to encourage you to work at your therapy & to solve your problems today rather than at some point in the future. I get to the bottom of your problems efficiently. I will give you useful feedback from the first session. REBT was created by the famous Dr. Albert Ellis, who I worked with for many years. This therapy is the original form of cognitive behavior therapy and has important differences from commonly practiced CBT therapy.
