Dynamic Growth Counseling LLC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, LCAC, LPC, LPCC
At Dynamic Growth Counseling LLC, I offer a unique and compassionate approach to treating Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) through psychodynamic therapy. My practice is enriched with techniques from Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, and experiential methods, creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their emotional experiences deeply.
My therapy focuses on fostering emotional regulation, enhancing interpersonal relationships, and nurturing a stronger sense of self. By delving into the unconscious processes that influence thoughts and behaviors, I help clients uncover and address the root causes of their struggles with BPD. This approach allows for a deeper understanding and healing of the complex issues related to attachment and identity.
What sets my practice apart is my commitment to genuine therapeutic connection and present-moment awareness. By integrating these elements, I guide you toward lasting emotional stability and a more fulfilling life. Together, we will transform the challenges of BPD into opportunities for profound personal growth and resilience, empowering you to thrive beyond the confines of the disorder.
At Dynamic Growth Counseling LLC, you will find a dedicated partner in your journey toward a balanced and empowered self, equipped with the tools and insights needed for lasting transformation.

Bold Expressions Therapy
Psychologist, Psy.D.
If you have received a diagnosis of BPD, then you know that mitigating your varying moods is critical to leading a full and happy life. I am committed to working with my patients so that they can develop a complete understanding of their own patterns and behaviors so that they can learn to anticipate when a shift might be coming, and what they can do to make that shift a little softer. This is a condition that also bears a lot of stigma, and I hope to create a judgement-free space where my patient feels emboldened to express themselves openly and honestly.

Joe Groninga
Psychologist, PsyD, LP
I have been treating Borderline Personality Disorder for many years. Therefore, it's an area in which I have particular experience. I use a skills-based treatment called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to focus on teaching my clients techniques in the areas of emotion regulation, relationships, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Please note that I offer a modified version of this therapy that includes individual therapy only. A full program in DBT typically includes both individual therapy and group therapy which may be a more appropriate fit for you. You and I can discuss which option is the best for your needs.
