My calling, guided by the Holy Spirit, led me to found PJO Health Services, LLC, where we prioritize comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care. Our integrated approach covers wellness assessments, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and psychotherapeutic support, ensuring we address the root causes of mental health challenges.
As a mother with a special needs child, I understand the importance of empathy and practical care. By combining expressive arts with talk, we can make progress towards your goals even when it feels difficult to find the right words. My younger clients usually make art more regularly, while my older clients often choose to do so more sporadically.
Trauma, both big and small, is an area that I'm incredibly passionate about, and brain research continues to grow supporting the benefits of the creative process which engages both mind and body to heal trauma.
