Being in any type of sport including high-performance sport (as an athlete, coach, or support staff) can be incredibly rewarding. However, playing a sport, managing one’s personal life, and can also be challenging.
At MindFit, our skill-building programs are focussed on:
• Enhancing performance in and outside of sport, building mental toughness, coping with pressures of competitions/sport, staying in the zone/being in the flow, recovering from injuries, keeping up with the demands of sport, and enjoying sport/promoting healthy self-esteem
