So, our work together will include helping you reclaim your true strengths and self-worth, learning to calm your anxiety when it rises, and helping you understand your tendency to be over-stimulated as an inherent trait that needs to be honored, and that comes as a package with some other wonderful gifts that we will illuminate. Nature can be a great resource for calming and connection that we will also use as we move together toward a more empowered vision of your social capacities.
