  • Average Session Fee $100 - $125 for a 45 minute session, $125 - $175 for a 60 minute session

  • I currently accept Aetna and United health insurance plans for Colorado residents. I currently accept First Choice health insurance plans for Oregon residents. I do not accept insurance for South Carolina residents at this time. I can provide you with an invoice for my services so that you can file an out-of-network provider claim to apply for reimbursement.

Welcome! Life Performance Counseling, PLLC is currently offering online therapy to individuals located in Colorado and Oregon. Areas of special interest include anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, eating disorders, sport performance and general life difficulties (transition to college, job/career changes, relationship conflict, managing stress). A free 15 minute phone consultation is offered to ensure that I am the right fit for you. All online therapy sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPPA compliant video platform.
