Shannon Gorres
Life Coach, MDiv, MA
People want fullness of love in life (in work, relationship and purpose), but get stymied by anger, anxiety, or existential dilemmas. Sometimes talking about it isn't enough to transform it. To make significant change, after we name emotions and explore their sensations, we can build a new somatic relationship. By compassionately attending to old habits, then invoking new awareness of how to thrive, we liberate ourselves from past patterns and welcome new joys. If you like contemplative exploration of the roots of your issues, guidance to find your inner ah-ha!, and support for your own wisdom to lead you forward, give me a call. I believe the energy we call Divine (or Source, Consciousness, Godde, All) is within you and around you, ready to speak. You have the answers within you, I'm here to help you find them- and implement them.

Amy L. Holdbrooks, LLC
Counselor/Therapist, MA, NCC, ALC, BSW
Online therapy is readily available for clients who prefer a highly private, no-fuss approach to therapy. Provided Wi-Fi access, clients can receive therapy from the convenience of virtually anywhere in the world. For those with limited mobility, the online counseling resource can be a lifesaver. It is also a wonderful 'fall-back' resource if you are running short on time. Instead of canceling a much-needed session at the last minute, you can phone in from your car or current location and request a Zoom session instead of the face-to-face session at no additional charge.
